WHO WE ARE
That our strength, power, position, privilege, and prosperity are the fruit of the relentless struggles and unthinkable sacrifices made by our ancestors is the foundational conceptual understanding of our Trust, Mission Pay Back to Society (MPBS). We strongly believe that what we are today is undoubtedly a debt to the community which we are born into, and this debt must be repaid back to the society in the form of various kinds of services rendered to our own people and several contributions made from our time, talent, and treasury with selfless commitment so that our future generation can develop an egalitarian and enlightened society.
Mission Pay Back to Society (MPBS) is a registered Trust envisioned as a socio-cultural initiative to develop the needy and deserving young talents of the society and to inculcate in them a sense of faith, purpose, and social commitment to make 'Educate'- the most important weapon of Baba Sahib Dr B R Ambedkar a reality. The history of formation of MPBS goes back to 25 December 2014 when some committed, capable, and enlightened colleagues of the society held a discussion for doing something outstanding for our people in the field of education. The day is also celebrated and remembered as Bahujan liberation day. Thereafter, on joining some more dignitaries of the society, the Trust MPBS was registered on 11 August 2015 for the purpose of doing something special in the field of education. The concept of the trust is शिक्षा फैलाएँ चहुं ओर, चलें गाँव की ओर (Spread education everywhere, move towards the village). To give concrete shape to it, MPBS Trust first established Dr. Ambedkar Academy, Ghaziabad and thereafter Savitri Bai Phule Academy, Kaushambi, Ghaziabad, Study and Career Guidance Center Khaimavati Village, Ghaziabad and Savitribai Phule Academy Paschim Gaon, Raebareli. The campaign did not stop here; further two more study centers, Purdil Nagar, Hathras (U.P.) and Manikpur, Pratapgarh (U.P.) are in their final construction phase and MPBS is committed to plan new projects every year. It is our firm belief and resolution that one day we will be able to free the country from the historical social bondage of slavery imposed upon us in our lifetime..
In conformity with the framework of "Educate-Agitate-Organize", MPBS is committed to the development of the rational and scientific approach to strengthen the socio-economic roots of the society, democratize the political institutions enshrined in the Indian Constitution and unite the people to strengthen an autonomous independent, dynamic, social education movement.
हमारी व्यक्तिगत शक्ति, पद, विशेषाधिकार और समृद्धि हमारे पूर्वजों के अथक संघर्ष और अकल्पनीय बलिदान का परिणाम है । आज हमारे पास जो कुछ भी है वह उस समुदाय का ऋण है जिसमें हम पैदा हुए हैं । यह ऋण समाज को हमें अपने समय, प्रतिभा और अर्थ से योगदान के रूप में निस्वार्थ और प्रतिबद्धता के साथ चुकाना है ताकि हमारी भावी पीढ़ी एक समतामूलक और प्रबुद्ध समाज के रूप में विकसित हो सके ।
मिशन पे बैक टू सोसाइटी (MPBS) एक पंजीकृत ट्रस्ट है जिसकी परिकल्पना समाज के जरूरतमंद और योग्य युवा प्रतिभाओं के विकास और उनमें विश्वास, उद्देश्य और सामाजिक प्रतिबद्धता की भावना को बढ़ावा देने की एक सामाजिक - सांस्कृतिक पहल के रूप में बाबा साहब के सबसे महत्वपूर्ण हथियार 'शिक्षित बनो' को साकार करने हेतु की थी । MPBS की स्थापना का इतिहास 25 दिसंबर 2014 का है जब समाज के कुछ प्रतिबद्ध, सक्षम और प्रबुद्ध साथियों ने शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में अपने लोगों के लिए कुछ अप्रत्याशित करने के लिए एक संगोष्ठी की थी । यह दिन बहुजन मुक्ति दिवस के नाम से भी याद किया और मनाया जाता है । तदुपरान्त समाज के और गणमान्य व्यक्तियों के जुड़ने पर शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में कुछ विशिष्ट कार्य करने के उद्देश्य से एमपीबीएस ट्रस्ट का दिनांक 11अगस्त, 2015 को पंजीकरण किया गया । ट्रस्ट की अवधारणा है “शिक्षा फैलाएँ चहुं ओर, चलें गाँव की ओर“ । इसको मूर्त रूप देने के लिए MPBS ट्रस्ट ने पहले डॉ अंबेडकर अकादमी, गाजियाबाद की स्थापना और तदुपरान्त सावित्री बाई फुले अकादमी, कौशांबी, गाजियाबाद, अध्ययन और कैरियर मार्ग दर्शन केंद्र खैमावती गाँव, गाजियाबाद, और सावित्रीबाई फुले अकादमी, पश्चिम गाँव, रायबरेली की स्थापना की गई । अभियान यहाँ नहीं रुका; आगे दो और अध्ययन केन्द्रों, पुरदिल नगर, हाथरस (उ. प्र.) और माणिकपुर, प्रतापगढ़ (उ. प्र.) का निर्माण कार्य अंतिम दौर में है । एमपीबीएस प्रतिवर्ष नई परियोजनाओं को योजनाबद्द करने के लिए कटिबद्ध है । यह हमारा दृढ़ विश्वास और संकल्प है कि एक दिन हम देश को थोपी गई गुलामी के ऐतिहासिक सामाजिक बंधन से अपने जीवन काल में ही मुक्त करा सकेंगे।
“शिक्षित बनो-आंदोलन करो-संगठित रहो” ढांचे के अनुरूप, MPBS समाज की सामाजिक आर्थिक जड़ों को मजबूत करने तर्कसंगत और वैज्ञानिक दृष्टिकोण के विकास के लिए, भारतीय संविधान में निहित राजनीतिक संस्थानों का लोकतंत्रीकरण करने और लोगों में एकता के सूत्र में बांधने के लिए स्वायत्त, स्वतंत्र, गतिशील, सामाजिक शिक्षा आंदोलन को मजबूत करने के लिए कटिबद्ध है ।
