THE VISION
Our vision is to provide free residential, teaching and coaching facilities to the neglected, resourceless and marginalized young talents living in deprivation in adverse socio-economic conditions of the society in the remote localities for various competitive examinations; to provide them proper guidance; to make them understand Ambedkarite philosophy, the basis of which is the contemplation of Tathagat Gautam Buddha which promotes the spirit of friendship, love and non-violence for the establishment of equality, liberty, fraternity and justice in the society; to inculcate and develop self-confidence, sense of high purpose and socio-cultural-historical commitment and rational scientific outlook so that they are developed into powerful, proud, self-respecting, self-supporting, rational, idealistic, egalitarian, humanist, just, enlightened, committed, motivated, multifaceted and self-respecting Bahujans talents. Recognizing the challenges of the future, MPBS encourages the youth for proper development of their global potential in leadership and new excellent dimensions and pursues important process of human management and technological progress to bring them on the path of empowerment by relieving them from illiteracy, unemployment and aimlessness.
MPBS is a campaign of emancipation, empowerment, and enlightenment to establish an egalitarian society by destroying caste, hatred, violence, and inequality as a structure of dominance and to bring about everlasting cultural change through social transformation and economic emancipation of Bahujan Samaj to bring together its enlightened, capable, and motivated fellows and transform them into a class of more committed intellectuals. It is our duty to constructively oppose the imperialist, capitalist, fundamentalist and Brahmanism ideology.
MPBS का मुख्य उद्देश्य समाज में प्रतिकूल एवं विषम सामाजिक-आर्थिक परिस्थितियों में रह रही दूर देहात की उपेक्षित, साधनविहीन एवं अधिकारविहीन युवा प्रतिभाओं को विभिन्न प्रतियोगितात्मक परीक्षाओं के लिए निःशुल्क आवासीय, शिक्षण व अनुशिक्षण सुविधाएं प्रदान कराना, उनका समुचित मार्ग दर्शन करना, उन्हें अंबेडकरवादी दर्शन का बोध कराना जिसका आधार समाज में समता, स्वतन्त्रता, बंधुता एवं न्याय की स्थापना हेतु मैत्री, प्रेम और अहिंसा की भावना को बढ़ावा देने वाला तथागत गौतम बुद्ध का चिंतन है और उनमें आत्मविश्वास, उच्च उद्देश्य और सामाजिक-सांस्कृतिक-ऐतिहासिक प्रतिबद्धता की भावना एवं तर्कसंगत वैज्ञानिक दृष्टिकोण का विकास कराना है ताकि वे विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में शक्तिशाली, गौरवशाली, स्वाभिमानी, स्वाबलंबी, तर्कशील, विज्ञानवादी, समतावादी, मानवतावादी, न्यायप्रिय, प्रबुद्ध, प्रतिबद्ध, अभिप्रेरित और आत्मसम्मान से परिपूर्ण बहुजन प्रतिभाओं के रूप में विकसित हो सकें । भविष्य की चुनौतियों को स्वीकार करते हुए MPBS नेतृत्व और नए उत्कृष्ट आयामों में युवाओं की वैश्विक क्षमता के समुचित विकास के लिए उन्हें प्रोत्साहित करता है तथा उनको अशिक्षा, बेरोजगार और उद्देश्यहीनता से मुक्ति और सशक्तिकरण की राह पर लाने की महत्वपूर्ण प्रक्रियाओं, मानव प्रबंधन और तकनीकी प्रगति का अनुशीलन करता है ।
MPBS वर्चस्व की संरचना के रूप में जाति, घृणा, हिंसा और असमानता को नष्ट करके एक समतावादी समाज की स्थापना के लिए मुक्ति, सशक्तिकरण और ज्ञान का एक अभियान है तथा सामाजिक परिवर्तन और आर्थिक मुक्ति के माध्यम से स्थाई सांस्कृतिक परिवर्तन करने हेतु बहुजन समाज के प्रबुद्ध, सक्षम और अभिप्रेरित साथियों को एक साथ लाकर उन्हें और प्रतिबद्ध बुद्धिजीवियों के वर्ग में बदलने की दीर्घकालीन कार्य योजना है। साम्राज्यवादी, पूंजीवादी, कट्टरतावादी, एवं ब्राह्मणवादी विचारधारा का रचनात्मक प्रतिरोध करना हमारा कर्तव्य है ।
